The pendulum has swung too far towards Community Associations in the issuance of ABRA licenses. I understand the needs of residents to protect their quality of life, however, that quality of life has a relationship to the quality of restaurants and bars in a given neighborhood as well. It's a very bad precedent to set for other bars in nearby commercial areas. When you are amenity-starved, this is not the way to attract more amenities. See: Mt.
