Names of businesses usually fall under Trademark law, not copyright. And the market supports businesses with the same name as long as they're in different industries.
For example, Apple sells computers, but Apple Records is the record label home of The Beatles. This wasn't a problem until Apple computer started selling music.
you don't have to use your real name, you can use a pseudonym, but it would be preferable if you don't just post anonymously. in order to carry on a conversation, for everyone's benefit, it would be nice to know who we're talking to.

I actually saw that gas station recently and laughed. I don't think the magazine is filing and lawsuits, but it gave me a good chuckle.
