wtf?

i'm all for a clean sidewalk, but it's 11:17 p.m. and someone is out front of bloomingdale liquors with a damned leafblower blowing off the sidewalk. AT 11:17 P.M.!!!!! and now he's doing the whole block! please, tell me that NCMS didn't hire someone to do this...

    You can call non-emergency after 11pm for noise complaints. I've done it with my neighbors when they've been noisy at night.

    i didn't want to complain to the police because at least something nice was being done. if i wasn't about to go to sleep, i would have gone downstairs and asked what's up.

    Hopefully, the block was being made tidy in anticipation of a prospective tenant coming to look at the property the next morning.

    It's almost one in the morning and a dump truck just came around our street emptying the sidewalk trash containers. I didn't realized they work so late!
